BEHIND THE LENS

i never quite found my place. not in the traditional sense, anyway.

i grew up on the central east coast of florida: barefoot, sun-soaked, and a little too emotionally attached to my disposable cameras. now, i’ve been planted in texas for over a decade, raising two wild kids and sharing life with my soulmate in a home that feels like a sitcom - complete with a small zoo of pets, unmatched socks, and a suspiciously loud snack cabinet.

i’m a storyteller. a feeler. part time chaos coordinator with way too many tabs open, and part time people watcher just trying to slow it all down and soak it all in.

you’ll usually find me behind the lens, chasing light and through the mess - heart wide open, hair thrown up and playlist cranked.

when i’m not documenting life, i’m watching the same comfort movies and shows on repeat, throwing pottery i forget to glaze, or rearranging the house at midnight just because the mood changed.

i photograph the real but i frame it with intention. i blend the undone with the editorial. the soft with the bold. because life is both and i want to keep it that way.
